* Please make sure to properly wrap suspension components before shipping them! The UPS guy smiles because he's going to kick your suspension around, so protect your investment and get some real packing! Also I would suggest using a gun case, but if you don't have one, u-haul or a shipping company will have some good boxes and packing material.

*Be sure to ship forks with STOCK air bleed screws with o-rings!!! If you have push-button air bleeders they will leak in shipment!!!!

*Mark all of your suspension components individually and make sure to include your SUSCUZ work order inside of the package. Make sure to include return shipment information and a phone number!!!

*When we receive your suspension, a SUSCUZ Technician will call you and interview you for your re-valve. A good faith estimate will be given for the total price of the job, as for some incidences are unforseeable until the components are taken apart and inspected. After services are rendered, suspension will be shipped back via UPS Ground service for about $40 - $80 depending on your location and insurance unless otherwise requested. All shipment methods will be at the customer's expense.

*All service orders over $400.00 USD will require a 50% deposit.
